VFTN60 Real Estate Business (7.5 credits)

Did you know that real estate is typically the second largest asset of an organization, right after human resources?

Real Estate Business is the bridge between business operations and the physical building. Real Estate Business comprises the various services that add value to real estate users, owners, and investors. These services fall under the umbrellas of real estate development, asset management, property management, and facilities management.
