Rebecka Lundgren is a PhD student with a Bachelor in Real Estate Science and a Master in Real Estate Investment & Finance as well as a Master in Decision, Risk and Policy Analysis. Rebecka's focus has mainly been to optimise the existing real estate assets in public sector portfolios, both in Sweden and abroad. The optimisation was undertaken with consideration to economic, environmental and social sustainability strategies. She is the Lead Researcher for the research project SHare, Optimize, Reimagine – reframing circular economy for the real estate and construction industry (SHORE).
